What RacketIQ is
RacketIQ is an AI-assisted tennis equipment recommendation service. We provide informational recommendations and links to third-party retailers. We are not a retailer; we do not process payments and we do not ship products.
Recommendations are informational
Our recommendations are computer-generated based on the answers you provide. They are not professional advice and not a substitute for in-person fitting or coaching guidance. Tennis equipment choice can affect injury risk; if you have current or past injuries, consult a medical professional or qualified coach in addition to using RacketIQ.
Affiliate disclosure
RacketIQ participates in affiliate programs with tennis retailers including (where approved) Tennis Warehouse, Tennis Express, Do It Tennis, Wilson, and Amazon. When you click a "shop" link and make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. We recommend products based on fit for the player, not commission rate.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. Do not share your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent security, or violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or reuse RacketIQ content without permission.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, including through automated traffic or attacks.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Misrepresent yourself or your relationship to RacketIQ.
Intellectual property
The RacketIQ name, design, content, and code are owned by RacketIQ or its licensors. Product names, brand names, and trademarks mentioned (Wilson, Babolat, HEAD, Yonex, and others) belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
Third-party links
Links to third-party sites (retailers, payment providers, authentication providers) are provided as a convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Warranty and liability
RacketIQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RacketIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from injuries related to tennis equipment choice. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, which for non-paying users is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the website. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
